Issue:
As shown in the figure below, a gray area is blocking the interface, preventing the use of software functionality and file tabs. How can this situation be resolved?
Solution:
Search for CMD in the Start menu, locate Command Prompt, right-click it, and select Run as administrator to access the Command Prompt interface.
Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between sfc and /) and press Enter. After a message indicating "Verification 100% complete" appears, exit the Command Prompt. Restarting the software will resolve the issue.
