Issue:

Text is used in some custom line types. When setting the line width, the text may change with the line width, as shown below. How to prevent the text from changing when setting the line width?

Causes:

The text in the custom line type changes because the font style of the text is set to SHX. If it is set to the system font TTF, the text width will remain unchanged.

Solution:

  1. Open the custom line style file and determine the font style name or type you want to try. As shown in the example below, the font style is named STANDARD.
  2. Enter the ZWCAD Text Style Manager dialog box, change the involved text style, and change it to a TTF font.
  3. At this time, the line width will not change the text stroke thickness.
