How to set a Lofted Flange straight when torsion occurs?
Solution:
Torsion occurs when the contour starting points are misaligned or the direction vectors diverge.
- Identify the profile start points using Point on Sketch.
- Break the segment with Trim/Split at Point.
- In Lofted Flange, select Profile P1 and verify the start point.
- Select Profile P2 and match the start point position and direction.
