Issue: 

Why is ZWCAD slow to start for the first time, and how can I fix it?

Solution:

  1. Open the Windows Security in the desktop taskbar.

  2. Select App & Browser Control and click Smart App Control.

  3. Select Off of Smart App Control.

  4. ZWCAD can be opened and used at normal speed.
