Issue:
When we create the Zlevel toolpath, in the shallow area, the intervals between the toolpath will increase, resulting in poor machining quality in this area. How should we optimize ?
Solution:
- Edit the Zlevel operation, click Tolerance and Steps, and select Drive Curve in the Non-Uniform Cuts option. Click the Drive Curve button and pick a curve in the graphic area.
Note: The drive curve can be an edge of the shape or created by a sketch/curve.
- Calculate the operation again, and then a more uniform toolpath will be generated.
