Issue:

The client-side is able to request a floating license or borrow a license from the server, but LMTOOLS is not showing the usage information when clicking "perform status enquiry".

Causes:

Unable to show due to permission issues.

Solution:

  1. Find the installation directory of ZWSOFT Network License Manager.
  2. Right-click the folder, click Properties → Security.
  3. Click Edit to change user permissions and check Allow for Full control.
  4. Try to click Perform Status Enquiry again in LMTOOLS, no need to restart the service.
