How to Create a Screw Connection Structure in ZWCAD MFG?

Solution:

This feature is available in ZWCAD MFG 2026 and later versions.

  1. Click the menu Tool Set → Screw Connection via Generators to open the Screw Connection dialog.
  2. Select a screw connection from Template List, then from top to bottom choose the standard parts to be used in the entire screw connection.
    After that, select the Nominal diameter, and then click Config.. to open the Screw Connection Setting dialog.

  3. On Screw Connection Setting, select the style of the Triming Setting, and then click ok.

  4. Then return to Screw Connection dialog and click ok.


  5. Follow the command prompts to specify the start point of the first hole, end point, and then the end point of the second hole to create the screw connection.
