Issue:

In the Text Style Manager, after modifying the Width Factor of the current value to 0.75 and clicking OK,

reopening the Text Style Manager reveals that the Width Factor has changed to 1. 


Solution:

It might be due to the Drawing units' precision setting being too low.

  1. Click on the menu Format → Units or use the UNITS command to open the Drawing Units dialog box.
  2. Under the Precision setting, adjust it to 0.0000 and click OK.
