Solution:
- Polar coordinate operations are the same as regular coordinate operations, except that the input method is length < angle, for example, 2 < 30 refers to a point that is 2 units away from the origin and at an angle of 30 degrees.
- To express relative coordinates, prefix polar coordinates with an “@”, such as “@2<30”.
