Issue:
How to use the Quick Calculator function to draw objects? For example, how to draw a line object that is 15% longer than "3.14"?
Solution:
- Execute the QUICKCALC command to pull out the QuickCalc palette.
- In the input box of the QuickCalc panel, input 3.14*(1+0.15), and press Enter to get the calculation result.
- Execute the LINE command, and specify the first point, when it prompts: Specify the next point, and go to the next step.
- In the QuickCalc palette, click the Paste Value to Command Line button, and then the calculation result will show in the command line.
- Move the cursor to define the direction of the line, then press Enter to finish drafting.
Note: Make sure to execute the drafting command before clicking the Paste Value to Command Line button, so that it can take effect.
