The toolpath generated by the Zlevel operation will create connecting toolpaths between each layer, which may result in tool marks after the machining. How should we optimize the toolpaths?

Solution:

  1. Edit the Zlevel operation, click Advanced, and select Yes in the Enable Spiral option.
  2. Then, the spiral toolpaths without connecting toolpaths can be generated.
