Issue:
ZWCAD cannot be installed or run if the .NET Framework is missing. This erros usually occurs when the security settings on the system drive (C:) are too strict and do not allow for read and execute permissions.
Solution:
- Right-click on 'Local Disk (C:)' and select Properties to open the disk properties window.
- Click Security → Edit in sequence. Check Allow for Read & execute permission.
