Solution:

  1. Right-click the software icon, select Open file location to open the installation folder.
  2. Locate the three applications: zwcad.exe, zwco.exe, and ZwLicenseManager.exe.
  3. Contact IT or the encryption software administrator to add these applications to the whitelist.
  4. Restart the software. The license can be obtained again.
