Issue:

The ZWCAD has already obtained the floating license before and worked normally, then when starting the ZWCAD, it suddenly prompts that "Maximum number of users reached. (-4)".

Causes:

The number of ZWCAD concurrent users exceeds the total floatable seats of network licenses on the server.

Solution:

  1. Increasing the seat number of ZWCAD licenses on the server

  2. Request other users who obtain the floating network license to close the ZWCAD if it is possible
