★Why the balloon can not be edited by double-clicking in ZWCAD MFG

Issue:

Double-click on the balloon can not enter the Input Balloon Data dialog box, how to restore it?

Solution:

Excluding the possibility of data corruption, the inability to edit the balloon may be due to the loss of association between the numbering and the frame.
Click on the menu Mechanical → Frames → Frame Setup(ZWMFRAMEINIT command), click on the selection button shown in the figure below, then box select all drawing contents and press Enter to solve it.
