Issue:

As shown in the figure below, there are multiple single-line text that need to be exported to Excel in the CAD drawing, how to operate it?

Solution:

  1. Click on the menu Tools → Data Extraction(DATAEXTRACTION command) to open the Data extraction dialog box.

  2. According to the prompts, select the single-line text object that needs to be exported.
  3. Select the extract Properties . Generally, check the Contents of a single line of text, and select other characteristics according to your needs.
  4. Specify the output Excel file path and file name， and then click Finish to complete the output.
