How to create the full fillet？

Solution:

1. Click the Fillet command in Shape.
2. Click the arrow to the right of the Radius R.
3. Select the Distance in the drop down box.
   
4. In the pop-up distance measurement box, select 1st point and 2nd point as shown in the image.
   (The 2nd point is the center point of the edge.)
   
5. Select two edges as follows.
