Issue:

By using the ZWCAD network license, the client computer can acquire a floating license from the server, but can not borrow the license.

zwco.log prompts the error code: 50036.

Causes:

There was a rental while list without the client PC inside on the server and then removed the white list, but didn't click ReRead License File or restart the service to make the change take effect.

Solution:

  1. Open Network License Configuration (LMTOOLS), and go to the Start/Stop/Reread tab.
  2. Click ReRead License File.
  3. If procedure 2 encounters error, check Force Server Shutdown option, click Stop Server, then Start Server again.
