★Why are the texts upside down in dimension?

Issue:

The dimension text is upside down.
ucs

Causes:

The current UCS is exactly upside down from the UCS in which the dimension was created.

Solution:

1. Enter the command UCS, then select the origin point, the point on X axis(negative to current X axis) and the point on positive Y axis(negative to current Y axis) as below figure.
   
   
2. Enter the command Plan, then enter C to restore the UCS.
   
3. Now the dimensions are not upside down.
