Issue:

How can a sketch from one part be copied into another part?
For example, how can Sketch 1 in Part 001 be copied to a new Part 002?

Solution:

1. Click the Data Exchange → External Sketch command.
2. Select the part you want to refer to or copy.
3. Choose the sketch from that part and click OK.
   
4. Select the plane where the sketch will be placed.
5. Choose the plane's up direction.
6. Click OK to complete the external sketch copy.
